CREDO Detector Application (further called Application) sends data to CREDO Project servers.
The data includes:
- registration data provided by the user (name/nickname, email address, credo team),
- location of the user,
- millisecond timing of particle detection,
- 20×20 pixels fragments of screen capture when a particle is detected – application has a protection against and never sends whole camera captures when the camera is uncovered.
All communication is encrypted using SSL protocol. All gathered data is used only by the CREDO Project for scientific purposes and is not shared with any third parties. Geo-localisation data is used only for determining the place of particle detection.
